How to Order and Receive Products at www.aa24.lv

How can I order products at www.aa24.lv?

You can order products in 3 ways:

  • In the online store – the most convenient and fastest way;
  • By visiting our store in Riga – 66 Mazjumpravas Street or 422 Brīvības Street;
  • By contacting our consultants by phone: +37128490800.

How can I find the right product for my car?

  • If you already know what you are looking for – use the category list on the left-hand side.
  • At the top of the category page, use the filter by make, model, and year.
  • To find products specifically for your car – use the product finder by car make (in the page header). This method does not show universal products.
  • Click “SEARCH” to open the product description and ordering options.

How do I add a product to the cart?

Registration is not required. If you want to save your contact information, you can register (top right corner).

  1. Before purchasing, compare the specification to make sure the product matches your vehicle.
  2. If you have any questions, contact our consultants: +37128490800.
  3. Enter the quantity and check availability on the website.
  4. If the required quantity is not available, a consultant will contact you after the order is placed regarding delivery times (or you can clarify before payment: +37128490800).
  5. Click “ADD TO CART >”. The cart is located in the top right corner.

How do I confirm the order?

  1. In the shopping cart, check the total amount and quantity.
  2. Click “PLACE ORDER AND PAY”.
  3. Fill in all required fields and make sure the information is correct.
  4. Choose the delivery method and payment method.
  5. Read the terms, tick that you agree, and click “PLACE ORDER”.
  6. After confirmation, you will receive an email with payment information. If necessary, a consultant will contact you.

How does product collection work?

  • After the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment information.
  • If the product is not available in sufficient quantity in stock, a consultant will inform you about the delivery time.
  • You can receive the product in-store or by courier delivery.

How does payment work?

  • All prices are shown including 21% VAT.
  • Delivery costs are not included in the product price.

Payment methods

  • Cash (upon collection):
    Payment is made when collecting the product. You will receive a receipt or delivery note and a cash register receipt.
  • By payment card (upon collection):
    Receipt or delivery note + terminal printout + cash register receipt.
  • By bank transfer:
    Advance payment: an invoice will be issued and sent. You can collect the product in-store or it will be delivered after payment is received.

Delivery

There are 3 ways to receive your order:

  • Collection from warehouse (Riga, 66 Mazjumpravas Street) – free of charge.
  • Our company courier (Riga only) – on the next day after placing the order – 12 EUR incl. VAT.
  • Courier service – delivery prices and times upon request.

Right of Withdrawal (Return of Goods Within 14 Days)

If you are a Consumer, the right of withdrawal applies to you. A consumer is a natural person who purchases a product for a purpose not related to business or professional activity.

You may return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

Important conditions

  • the product may be inspected, but must not be used;
  • please keep the original packaging and full комплектation.

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase

  1. Fill in the withdrawal form (available on the website of the Consumer Rights Protection Authority).
  2. Attach proof of purchase.
  3. Deliver or send it to us at: 66 Mazjumpravas Street, Riga, LV-1063.

If the conditions are met, we will refund the money within 7 calendar days to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form.
