SIA “ML-SERVISS” (registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, registration No. 40003353074, legal address: 66 Mazjumpravas Street, Riga, LV-1063, Latvia) (hereinafter – ML-SERVISS) is the Controller that complies with the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 in Latvia.
This Privacy Policy explains how ML-SERVISS processes personal data when our services are used. This policy applies to all types of personal data processing that ML-SERVISS collects from websites, email correspondence, applications, widgets, questionnaires, contracts, and other sources.

HOW AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES WE USE YOUR REGISTRATION DATA
Based on your registration data, we create a unique profile for you on the website www.aa24.lv, by which we identify you as a registered user of the website www.aa24.lv, enabling you to use the Services available to registered users in accordance with these Terms.
We also use the contact details you provide in your registration form (email address, telephone number) to cooperate with you, respond to your requests and notes, provide important information about the Services, their provision and/or changes to these Terms, contact you if you have forgotten your purchases or if we identify complications related to transactions made, etc.
It is very important that the registration data you provide are accurate and correct. If you provide incorrect (false) data, forget them, or fail to update them when they change, we may encounter difficulties in providing the Services, and other complications may also arise in exercising your rights. PROCESSING OF YOUR PURCHASE DATA
Processing of purchase data
When providing you with Services and various benefits – by concluding and performing a purchase-sale agreement, making a refund (if you return the purchased product), granting discounts, etc. – in addition to your registration data, we process data relating to your purchase transactions (hereinafter – purchase data).
Your purchase data processed for the purpose of administering the Services:
Your first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, signature, date and time of purchase and delivery, names of goods, quantities, purchase prices and discounts granted, purchase payment method and payment information.

Data processing period – 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction.
HOW WE USE YOUR PURCHASE DATA
We store purchase data for 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction and, after the expiry of this period, delete and/or reliably anonymize them, i.e. irreversibly separate them from your registration data and other information identifying you.
PROVISION OF OFFERS AND INFORMATION
If, when filling in the registration form, you agreed to receive offers and news, we process your personal data in order to provide you with such offers and information, for example general newsletters, information about offers, discounts, promotions, sales from us and our partners, invitations to participate in promotions or lotteries and win prizes, requests for your opinion about the services and products provided, etc. We provide offers and information in your account, as well as in another method chosen by you, for example by e-mail or SMS.

Data processing period – for as long as your consent to receive offers and news remains valid. We may also store your consent and proof thereof for a longer period if this is necessary to defend ourselves against claims, complaints, or demands made against us.
You may at any time object to receiving offers and news, opt out of them, or change the methods (channels) you have chosen for receiving notifications. Your refusal to receive offers and news will not prevent you from using the Services.
HANDLING CUSTOMER CLAIMS, COMPLAINTS, REQUESTS, AND FEEDBACK
We will use your personal data when responding to your requests, complaints, applications, and when administering your feedback (hereinafter – Request).
Data processed for the purposes of statistics, market research, and studying the behavior of our customers:

- recording of the phone call if you contact our customer service department.
Legal basis for data processing
Performance of our legal obligation to review and respond to user Requests, as well as our legitimate interest in evaluating customer feedback in order to improve our operations and the quality of the services we provide.
Data processing period
- 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction.
- We use your data only for the purpose of properly and objectively reviewing your Request, providing you with the necessary information, answering your questions, and resolving your applications or claims. We may also analyze Request data in order to improve our operations and the quality of the services provided to you, taking into account your opinions and suggestions.
HOW LONG WE PROCESS AND STORE YOUR DATA
We process and store your Requests and related data for as long as we review the Request, provide you with a response, and implement the decisions made, as well as for up to 6 (six) months after the Request has been resolved, but not for a shorter period than:
- requests by e-mail – 6 months;
- complaints – 5 years;
- telephone call recordings received via the customer service line – 24 months;
- Facebook private messages – 6 months.
If a legal dispute is initiated in relation to the Request or if such a dispute is likely, we may store your data longer until the limitation periods for filing complaints or claims set out in legal acts have expired and/or a final decision has entered into force.
After the data processing and storage period set out in this Policy expires, we will destroy the data or reliably and irreversibly anonymize them as soon as possible within a reasonable and justified period required to perform such actions.
FROM WHAT SOURCES WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We obtain almost all of your personal data only from you. You submit registration data directly, for example by filling in registration forms, and purchase data – by using the Services.
We also obtain your data directly from you when you submit a Request in any chosen way: by sending us an email, submitting a written request, calling our customer support helpline, etc.
When, in order to review your Request properly and objectively, we need to obtain additional information or investigate important circumstances, we may combine your Request data with our existing data and/or data collected during the review of your Request, for example by reviewing purchase transaction data, your account usage history, interviewing our employees, and the like.
IN WHAT CASES AND TO WHICH THIRD PARTIES WE DISCLOSE YOUR DATA
We may transfer your data for processing to third parties that help us perform and administer the provision of Services and provide services related to the administration of customer Requests. Such persons may include database software suppliers, database administration service providers, data center, maintenance, and cloud service providers, direct marketing service providers, suppliers, market research or business analytics service providers, and similar entities. In all cases, we provide processors only with the amount of data necessary for the execution of a specific task or provision of a specific service. Our engaged processors may process your personal data only in accordance with our instructions and may not use them for other purposes or transfer them to other persons without our consent. In addition, they must ensure the protection of your data in accordance with applicable legal acts and the written agreement concluded with us.
If, when providing the Services, we grant the right to use the services of our partners (for example, outsourced delivery service providers), some of your data will also be available to our partner, but only for the purposes of providing such general services or for other cooperation purposes.
If the case described in the Request is recognized as an insurance event, we will transfer your Request and data to the insurance company(-ies) with which we have insured our civil liability, property, or which provide us with other insurance coverage related to the case referred to in your Request. Insurance companies act as independent controllers and process your data in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
Data may also be transferred to competent public authorities or law enforcement bodies, for example the police or supervisory authorities, but only upon their request and only where necessary under applicable legal acts or in the cases and according to the procedures provided by law, in order to protect our rights, the safety of our customers, employees, and resources, and to establish, submit, and defend legal claims.
If we use website analytics services (for example, Google Analytics) to determine how you browse the website www.aa24.lv, we may exchange your anonymized data with third parties that use this information to evaluate how the website is being browsed, prepare reports for website operators on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet use.
IN WHAT TERRITORIES AND JURISDICTIONS WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data only within the territory of the European Union. We currently have no intention to transfer and do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

RIGHT TO RECTIFY PERSONAL DATA
If the data indicated in your registration form have changed or you see that the information we process about you is inaccurate or incorrect, you have the right to request that this information be changed, clarified, or corrected.
You can make corrections to your data in your account on the website www.aa24.lv. You may also contact us in accordance with these Terms and request that your data be corrected or clarified.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
In cases where we process your data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which will serve as the basis for terminating such processing.
For example, you may at any time withdraw your consent to receive offers and news, including individualized offers. Withdrawal of such consent will not restrict your continued use of the Services, but it will mean that we will not be able to provide you with useful offers.
You may adjust your consents (withdraw them or give them again) by submitting an appropriately updated registration form, changing consent settings in your www.aa24.lv account, or by contacting us.
Please note that once the most essential consents for processing your data are withdrawn or cancelled, we may find ourselves in a situation where we are no longer able to process your orders or provide your special prices or discount levels.
You have the right to request deletion of your data from our database. Upon your request to delete data, we will reliably and irreversibly anonymize the data. However, taking into account the purposes of providing the Services and the balance of legitimate interests of both parties (both yours as the data subject and ours as the data controller), your objections may mean that, by ceasing to process your data for our legitimate interests, we will no longer be able to provide you with the opportunity to continue using the Services of www.aa24.lv.
If you wish to exercise the rights indicated in this section, please submit a written request.
PROCEDURE FOR REVIEWING REQUESTS
To protect our customers’ data from unlawful disclosure, upon receiving your request for provision of data or for the exercise of any of your other rights, we will need to verify your identity. For this purpose, we may ask you to indicate the current registration data specified in your registration form (for example, your name, e-mail address, or telephone number), after which we will compare whether the data you provide match the corresponding registration data. During this verification, we may also send a control message to the contact indicated in the registration form (by SMS or e-mail), requesting authorization. If the verification procedure is unsuccessful (for example, the registration data you provide do not match the data indicated in the registration form or you do not complete authorization after the SMS or e-mail message sent), we will have to determine that you are not the data subject of the requested data and will be forced to reject your request.
Upon receiving your request for the exercise of any of your rights and successfully completing the above verification procedure, we undertake to provide you, without undue delay and in any event no later than one month from receipt of your request and completion of the verification procedure, with information about the actions taken in response to your request. Taking into account the complexity and number of requests, we have the right to extend this one-month period by a further two months, informing you of this before the end of the first month and stating the reasons for such extension.
If your request is submitted by electronic means, we will also provide the response by electronic means, except where this is not possible (for example, due to the large volume of information) or where you request a different method of response.

HOW SECURE YOUR DATA IS

LONGER DATA RETENTION
After the data processing and storage period set out in this Policy has expired, we will destroy your data, but in the cases indicated in these Terms – we will reliably and irreversibly anonymize them as soon as possible within a reasonable and justified period necessary to perform such actions.
Retention of your personal data for longer than specifically stated in these Terms may be carried out only if:
- this is necessary for us to defend ourselves against claims, complaints, or demands and to exercise our rights;
- there are reasonable suspicions of unlawful conduct in connection with which an investigation is being carried out;
- your data are necessary for the proper handling of a dispute or complaint;
- it is necessary to ensure backup copies and other similar purposes;
- other grounds provided for in legal acts exist.
