Three-axle construction machinery trailers are a sturdy car trailer equipped with LED lighting, parking and idle brakes, a toolbox, and a sturdy full-size ramp as standard. It is an ideal means of transporting a small roller, mini excavator and other equipment.
Both the frame and the drawbar are made of a sturdy closed profile, additionally reinforced at the bottom with transverse spacers. The trailer is protected from corrosion by a layer of hot-dip galvanizing and passivation. This process involves applying chromate layers to the zinc layers, which, when oxidized in contact with air, create an additional protective coating of chromium oxide. All these elements contribute to increasing its durability and strength.
Loading is carried out using a full-size ramp, the surface of which is made of pressed elements and a central lining made of corrugated aluminum sheet. The lower part of the ramp has a stable support that prevents falling into loose soil, and the guard prevents disconnection from the hitch during loading. This, along with the low angle of inclination, makes loading the transported vehicles or equipment hassle-free. Three ramp options are available for each model:
- full-size ramp with aluminum lining (easy loading but increased air resistance),
- two separate ramps with an additional side wall between them (reduces weight and reduces air resistance),
- folding ramp with aluminum filling (easy loading, medium air resistance).
